Certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, I've provided personal training and group workshops for Equinox, Chicago Athletic Clubs, Academy of Strength, Go Infinite, and Visceral Dance, among others. Pricing that supports the science
Pricing is crafted to facilitate the recommended minimum of three training days per week. This is essential for neurological adaptation and consistency, which are keys to achieving significant muscle growth and fat loss results.

Three Sessions Per Week: (recommended)

Two Sessions Per Week:
